Introducing Hard Rock Cafe's new limited time offer "Smoke, Fire and Spice"!

You get to enjoy and treat your taste buds with total of three selections from grilled beef, chicken or shrimp skewers served hot on a warm skillet with a bed of roasted vegetables and naan bread, sesame slaw and Monterey Jack Cheese served on the side. 

Oh my good, you see that whole pile of white/yellowish thing? That's actually Cheese! Yes! LOTS OF CHEESE!!!

So guys, all you need to do is select your spice and the chef will do the rest for you! 

Then, there are six available sauces to choose from. Each sauce is inspired by various cuisines from around the world.

You can choose your own favorite sauces flavors inspired from multiple country starting from Korea, Japan, China, North Africa, South Africa to Latin America,

 Kalbi (Korea) – a sweet and savory duet of soy and ginger, Korean barbecue flavour at its

finest.

Yakitori (Japan) – a fresh take on an Asian vibe with soy and Szechuan pepper. 

Chicken Char Siu (China) – a sweet mix of soy sauce, hoisin sauce, oyster sauce, star anise, ginger and Chinese five spices.

Charmoula (North Africa) – a little flavour dance of cilantro, garlic, lemon and a shake of red pepper.

 Piri Piri (South Africa) – a scorching mix of chili peppers.

 Chimichurri (Latin America) – a tangy mix of parsley, cilantro, basil, garlic and black

pepper.

My Favorite sauce is the Piri piri because of the mix of chilli peppers is so tasty and mouthwatering I just let loose of myself and went all out on my food that night.

Aha! After all that yummy food desert is a must and its non other than the chocolate brownie cake from Hard Rock Hotel. I will never miss out on this whenever I go to Hard Rock Cafe.
