Just my thoughts that I need to express about how people judge me for eating healthy.


Good Morning, today I just wanna write about what have been on my mind for quite sometime.
So, ever since I started my healthy diet. Which means I stop taking meat(except fish & Eggs) and only eat fruits and vegetables most of the time people would criticize me.
Like I just don't understand why do you have to be rude and mean when I never even feel bothered seating in the same table with you indulging all those tasty yet unhealthy food?
Do you think its necessary to call me weird or sick for always eating Salad?
I don't even feel mad or upset when you offer me meat but when I refuse to take them politely you would start labeling me as a depressed person?
People would start telling me that there's no point living in this world when you don't get to eat all the tasty food. And everytime I bring my own food people would show that disgusted expression looking at my boring vegetables. If someone does that to you how would you be feeling? I had to hide my feelings all the time but not this time!

Well, FYI healthy food can be very healthy and TASTY too! And not everyone point of view is the same.
If you think that living in this world is just to crash your body with all those unhealthy food?
It doesn't go that way for me, the point of me living in this world is to be healthy, having a beautiful body which I've achieved it already, wearing beautiful clothes without having excessive fats falling out and definately will still look radiant and beautiful when I turn 50 one day.
P.s/ I LOVE THE TASTE OF SALAD!

Do you get to go the toilet to do your big business 2 times in the morning a day like I do?
Guess not, because your body isn't taking enough healthy food to digest properly.

Btw, I can prove you the way I'm eating is healthy and I'm not SICK!
My diet consist of 1200 calories a day which exactly my BMI needs for my body.
I'm 163cm and 53 KG. Big bones sturcture.

8.30-9.00 AM
My breakfast would always begin with 2-3 types of fruits and 4Tbs of cook oatmeal with Chia seeds.
Or 2 wholemeal bread with lettuce, tomatoes and Tuna/scramble eggs.(OLIVE OIL)
Carbohydrates and vitamins.

around 11AM I would feel a little bit hungry after I workout so I would snack into some berries(ANTIOXIDANTS), apples or watermelons.

We should take 5 types of fruits a day and I've already had 3-4 just in the morning.

12-2PM
My lunch would usually be vegetables soup, red bean soup, or fried vegetables, corn or Purple sweet Potatoes.
Always have 1-2 Hard boil EGGS.
As you can see now I'm taking enough Iron and Protein and different types of Vitamins from the fresh veggies.

3-5PM 
Snack into some apples,kiwi or berries to maintain your blood pressure with natural sugar so my body would crave for unhealthy food.

6-7.30PM 
Dinner would almost like my lunch since I might have some leftover from the afternoon. Or, if I'm really lazy to cook I would just make oatmeal mixing it with milk or honey.

If I ever feel hungry at night I would get myself a warm milk. It's not only feeling and not fattening, it also makes my body feel relax and I can fall asleep easier. I don't know why by drinking milk my tools are easier to come out in the morning.

By looking at my diet you must be curious why I'm not taking rice, well because I just love the taste of oat compared to rice. Both rice and oats are CARBS so as long as I'm taking enough quantity of Carbs I'm already healthy.
I would drink a glass of water every single hour to keep my self hydrated. So it would be about 3 litter a day. And I go to the toilet a lot! Which resemble I'm flushing lots of lots of toxins away.

Yes! I do eat a lot but! IN A HEALTHY WAY!

So next time whenever you have a vegetarian or pecastarian(people who only eat fish) like me.
It's fine to offer them your food but, if they refuse to take it you should judge them by calling them not enjoying life to the max. Because keep in mind that everyone have their DIFFERENT point of view in life.
We people never judge you for eating meat or MCD or whatever those unhealthy stuff so you guys should respect us too! I wouldn't say eating meat is unhealthy but make sure its lean and not fried. 

I never ever judge the way other people eat and only give advise to people who seek for them since they've seen my weight loss.(11 KGs). Plus, I feel much healthier and beautiful compared to last time when I'm eating MCD or KFC or whatever that's not healthy.
I'm eating this way not because I'm on a diet but I'm planing to eat healthy for the rest of my life.

Okay I really need to express this I'm sorry if I offended anyone's feeling but I feel that I really need to speak up since I've been holding it on for  almost a year to myself.

I am not depressed because I don't get to eat all the fried food or anything that taste so good that other people are eating. I would be rather depressed if I eat them because I would feel guilty to my body.

LOVE YOUR BODY AND STAY BEAUTIFUL.

LOVE YOUR BODY JUST THE WAY IT IS NOW AND WORK FOR THAT BODY YOU DREAM OF! REMEMBER TO EXERCISE REGULARLY!

  2. Hey there syaza, I wouldn't say that it was easy but if you have the will there will always be a way to do it. After starting then you'll realize how strong you actually are. Don't let the food control your mind, you control your food. :)

    1. Maybe you can start slowly by exercising a few times a week, stay away from presevered food or snacks and soft drinks. :)
