How I lose 10 Kgs within 5 months




Hey there my wonderful readers!

Today I'm gonna share with you my weight loss secret.

Just joking, there's no secret but hard work and determination only.

but before that I want to let you know that I'm not a professional trainer or doctor

I'm just sharing what I did to lose my weight.

So here we go!

That was me before and after

of course the left one wasn't a recent one but I want to show you the biggest difference!

I took about 5 months to lose 10 Kgs.

From 64 to 54.

and I still want to lose 4kg's





Okay, when I look at this picture I seriously don't know where did I get the guts to wear this bikini last year. LOL

The very first month is the actually kinda.

Okay especially the first day.

I had to get rid of all my favourite snacks and no meat at all.(except lean fish)

All I had is fruits and vegetables and grains.

but sooner or later you'll get used to it and it wouldn't be that hard anymore. Trust me :)

I would start my day by drinking a table spoon(plastic) of pure honey with a glass of warm water.

Remember do not scoop honey with a stainless steal spoon and let it touch hot water as it will 

damage the honey

Breakfast would be 3 different types of fruits, I usually take one banana,

 half of a grapefruit, papaya, kiwi or pineapple.

Its your choice to choose what fruits you like, but for me I eat them because they're high in natural fiber.

and then a bowl of cereal with milk or I would mix oat with hot milk.

By eating like this it enhance my metabolism system to work faster

so I usually go to the toilet 2 times in the morning. LOL





After my healthy breakfast I would workout for at least 1 and half hour.

usually I watch youtube videos.



That's one of the workout I do.


3rd month process

And remember weight loss doesn't always works as It is planned.

There would always be ups and downs.

Even now I'm still struggling sometimes.

It's sometimes hard to stay determined especially when you're offered with yummy delicacies. :/



For lunch, I would go for 3 types of vegetables and two boiled eggs by removing its yolk.

I don't take any rice. But if you can't live without rice try cutting down the portion.

Remember to say NO to all the unhealthy food.

Instead of calling it a diet, I call it healthy eating.

I love my body and I want it to be in the best shape

So It's a no no to bad bad food!


and then tea time snack into a green apple. or grapefruit or any fruits you  like.

By eating every three hours it helps to balance your blood circulation system.

Dinner I would eat something similar to my break fast. Just maybe If I had oat in the morning

then I would change it to cereals with 3 different types of fruit.

If you get hungry before bed time have a cup of hot milk.

You should only eat 1300 to 1500 calories. Do not go more or less.

Remember to drink at least 2 to 3 litter per day to stay hydrated.

I usually drink green tea trough out the day as it helps in detoxifying all the unwanted toxins in our body.

I would go for Japanese Green tea

Plus by just drinking 3 cups of hot green tea per day you could already burn extra 77 calories

within a month it would be 2230 calories!

Anyways by working so hard of course you deserve a reward.

For me I would go shopping for nice clothes or CHEAT MEAL! :D

 I have one cheat meal a week.

Usually I would go for milkshake, ice cream or frozen yogurt.

I'm a total no no to bubble tea.

Because the bubbles are made of plastic and the powders are made of tapioca powder

which killed lots of babies in china. 

I'm sorry bubble tea company if I spilled out your secret.

I just got to be honest to my readers.

If you guys are wondering if I started to take any meat again

the answer is yes. But not often.

I only take lean fishes or chicken meat sometimes. Just to make sure 

that my body have enough protein.
